Xooloo™ parental control is an Internet filtering software combining advanced technologies and human supervision.
Ease of use
Despite its advanced technologies, Xooloo™ parental control has been created to be used by parent and grandparents who have no computer knowledge. The software is preconfigured and its interface is extremely simple. Daily updates are automatic and do not require any intervention.
Preconfigured filtering profiles
Xooloo™ parental control allows to create several account and to customize filtering for each member of the family. You can also use the already preconfigured filtering profiles and start protecting your computer in seconds:
1.Child Mode: allows your children to navigate safely over a selection of thousands of websites of which contents are beforehand analysed and verified by our team of web analysts, following guidelines edicted by a pedopsychologist. Chats, forums and social networks are explicitly excluded. A secure portal for children allows your children to do research on the content made available under the child mode. The child mode is updated daily (Xooloo child mode rated 20/20 by the French delegation on Internet usage).
2.Teenager Mode: give access to the entire web excepting sites identified as inappropriate by the dynamic filtration system which analyses requested information in real time. The filtering technologies used by Xooloo are based on multilingual system of dynamic analysis in real time, associated with a list of forbidden sites.
3.Parent Mode: give access to the entire web without any filtering.

Activity reports and time schedule management
Because parents don't always have time to regulate and monitor kids Internet usage, Xooloo™ offers daily activity reports and the possibility to set time slots during which web surfing is allowed to let parents decide when their children can explore the Net. Parents can also set a limited period of surfing for each children.
Personalised lists
Xooloo™ parental control allows to create custom lists of forbidden or authorized websites, in order to modify the filtering rules by default of the software.
Applications blocking
Xooloo™ parental control allows to block the execution of selected softwares for each user (i.e. instant messaging
software).
Downloads blocking
Xooloo™ parental control allows to block
downloads of certain file types for each user (i.e. zip file).
