How to receive a license number?
If you pay by credit card or by Paypal, your order will be effective immediately. Once the payment is validated by the bank, you will receive an e-mail containing your license number and your payment confirmation.
How long does it take to receive a license number?

Most of the e-mails are delivered into your mailbox within 5 minutes right after the validation of your order. Sometimes e-mails can be delayed depending on your access provider. Unfortunately we don't control this process but if, for any reason, you don't receive your license number within 24 hours after your command validation, please contact us at: support.software@xooloo.net

Where can I find my license number?

You have received or will received an e-mail containing your license number and your payment confirmation.

Print this e-mail to keep a copy of your license number in case of future reinstallation. To activate Xooloo™ Parental Control enter your license number and your e-mail address when required by the software.

When I copy the license number sent by e-mail, the message “Invalid license number” appears?

If you get an « invalid license number » message when entering the license number sent by e-mail, it may be for one of these reasons:

  • The mentioned e-mail into the e-mail field of the “License” panel differs from the one the license has been sent to.
  • An error occurred when you copied / pasted the license number.

How can I know the version number of the software?

To check your Xooloo™ Parental Control version: launch Xooloo™ Parental Control and go to the « Help > About » menu. A window mentioning your version will be displayed.

My license number has expired and I am always blocked

Close all your Internet browsers, launch Xooloo™ Parental Control then go to the « Tools > Advanced Options > Advanced Settings” menu.

Select “Internet not filtered”.

This will provide you a non-filtered access to the Internet allowing you to renew your one-year license on www.xooloo.net

My license has expired and I can’t check my e-mails in order to receive my new license number

Close all your Internet browsers, launch Xooloo™ Parental Control then go to the « Tools > Advanced Options > Advanced Settings » menu.

Select “Internet not filtered”.

This will provide you a non-filtered access to the Internet to be able to check your e-mails in order to receive your license or to renew your one-year license on www.xooloo.net
